Use of this site constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions by the user. Children's Creative may change the Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online. The continued use of this site after changes are posted means that the user agrees to be legally bound by these terms as amended.

Terms of Site Use
Access to Children's Creative is restricted to Subscribers and their nominated students.
As a Subscriber and your registered students, you are permitted to browse this site and upload images and add content using approved LOGINS. Apart from the above consents, you may not otherwise download or copy, store in any medium (including another web site), distribute, transmit, re-transmit, modify, show in public, print hard copies or photocopy any part of this site without Children's Creative prior written consent.
Content
The information on this site has been included in good faith but is for general informational purposes only. It should not be relied on for any specific purpose and no representation or warranty is given as regards its accuracy or completeness.
Children's Creative shall in no event have any responsibility or liability for the content added to the site by users from your school.
Your school is responsible for any Copyright issues relating to the images uploaded by the students using the site.
Children's Creative reserves the right to monitor all content and to remove any which it considers in its absolute discretion to be offensive or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.
Individual schools must ensure that your content shall not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties; that your content shall not contain any defamatory, indecent, offensive, tortuous, or otherwise unlawful or immoral material or content; and that your content shall not be used to carry out or solicit any unlawful activity and/or be used to make commercial solicitations.

At various points throughout the site you may be offered automatic links to other internet sites relevant to a particular aspect of this site. While it is the intention of Children's Creative that you should find these other sites of interest, Children's Creative shall not have any responsibility or liability of any nature for these other sites or information contained in them.
Use of Personal Data
In accepting the Terms and Conditions each Subscriber agrees that you do not object to Children's Creative contacting you in connection with Children's Creative whether through telephone, email or otherwise, and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above to be a breach of your rights under the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999 or the Privacy and Electronic Communications (European Directive) Regulations 2003.
Discloser of Personal Data
Under no circumstances will we make an individual child's information available to any third parties other than to the Subscriber who has registered that child, or in accordance with such Subscriber's instructions.
Security Policy
Children's Creative has appropriate measures in place to ensure that our Subscribers' and nominated Students' Data is protected against unauthorised access or use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and accidental loss.
Miscellaneous
The failure by Children's Creative to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the provisions of these Terms of Site Use shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce all provisions of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Site Use shall become or shall be declared by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable in any way, such invalidity or unenforceability shall in no way impair or affect any other provision all of which shall remain in full force and effect.
Children's Creative takes seriously the privacy of all who visit our website, including visitors, Subscribers to Children's Creative and their nominated students. We are especially conscious of the need to protect all information concerning children using Children's Creative. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of your students while providing a personalised and valuable service.
Disclaimer
Whilst Children's Creative uses reasonable endeavours to operate this site 24 hours a day 7 days a week, subject to routine maintenance, site updates and circumstances outside of its control, Children's Creative will not be liable if for any reason this site is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this site may be suspended temporarily or permanently and without notice.
Children's Creative shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, loss of profit, production, anticipated savings or business opportunities or any type of indirect, economic or consequential loss) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use this site, or any material contained in it, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using this site or any such material.
